Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the kit must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email merrynest@yahoo.com. We will send you instructions and the return address. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

If your kit arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue. We will cover return shipping when the return is due to our error or a defective item. For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we tell you otherwise.

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
